摘要
为了解决M310机组进口部件采购周期长、采购费用高等问题,提高采购的可靠性和稳定性,国产化替代成为了备受关注的解决方案。为了验证消防系统进口部件3152KD NC级液位变送器的国产化替代计划的可行性和可靠性,必须采用科学的测试方法,为可靠性评估提供依据。按目前进口部件3152KD NC级液位变送器的功能及参数进行设备筛选、论证、测试及加速老化试验,以检验这些所选的国产化部件在技术参数、功能、寿期等达到使用要求,然后使其经过一个换料周期的实际使用检验;最后将通过检验的国产化部件列入可正式选用的清单,以实现进口部件的自主可控,为该国产化替代方案的推广和应用提供科学依据。这将有助于减少对进口部件的依赖,提高国产技术的水平,推动我国核电产业的发展。
In order to solve the problems of long procurement period and high procurement cost of imported parts of M310 unit,and improve the reliability and stability of procurement,the localization alternative has become a solution that has attracted much attention.In order to verify the feasibility and reliability of the localization replacement plan for the imported component of the 3152KD NC level transmitter of the fire protection system,scientific testing methods must be used to provide a basis for reliability evaluation.Through the equipment screening,demonstration,testing and accelerated the aging life test according to the functions and parameters of the current imported component of 3152KD NC level transmitter,to test whether the requirements for the application of technical parameters,functions and life expectancy of these selected domestic components are met,and then the actual use test of a refueling cycle is passed.Finally,the localized parts that have passed the test will be included in the list that can be officially selected,so as to realize the independent control of imported parts,and lay a foundation for the promotion of the localized alternative plan.The application provides a scientific basis for the popularization and application of the domestic alternatives.This will help reduce dependence on imported components,improve the level of domestic technology,and promote the development of nuclear power industry in China.
