“华龙一号”棒控棒位系统质量提升关键技术研究

摘要 “华龙一号”作为当今世界核电市场接受度最高的三大堆型之一,对反应堆的设计制造提出了更高的质量要求。现有的二代核电棒控棒位系统在动态控制性能、测量精度、设备功耗、系统可操作性、设备可用性等系统技术和产品质量方面还需一步提升,从而满足三代核电厂长期安全、经济、稳定运行。基于“华龙一号”棒控棒位系统质量提升需求,综合利用了TRIZ理论中的“矛盾矩阵”和“物质-场”分析法来定位每个质量创新技术发明点的创新原理,从而找出技术创新的突破口。通过理论与实践的有机结合,完成了棒控棒位系统中多模式自适应控制、数字化测量信号动态补偿、低功耗高稳定驱动、智能化系统参数调节等多项技术创新,全面提升了棒控棒位系统的安全性、可靠性、经济性和自主性等质量性能。 As One of the tree most accepted heap types in the world today in China,HPR1000 has put forward higher quality requirements for the reactor.The existing rod position and rod control system(RPC)of the Generation II NPP needs to be improved in terms of dynamic control performance,measurement accuracy,equipment power consumption,system operability,equipment availability and other system technologies and product quality,so as to meet the long-term safety,economic and stable operation of the Generation III NPP.Based on the demand for quality improvement of the RPC system of HPR1000,the TRIZ theory of the contradiction matrix and the substance-field analytical method were used to locate the innovation principle of the invention point of each quality innovation technology,so as to find out the breakthrough of technology innovation.Through the organic combination of theory and practice,a number of technical innovations such as multi-mode adaptive control,digital measurement signal dynamic compensation,low power consumption and high stability drive,and intelligent system parameter adjustment in the RPC system have been accomplished,which have comprehensively improved the quality performance such as the safety,reliability,economy and autonomy of the RPC system.
