无人机在核电厂智能运维中的应用探讨

摘要 无人机在工业领域已得到广泛应用,但在中国核电行业应用并不多见。系统性地分析了无人机与核电厂运维相关的技术参数、有效载荷、控制系统等技术特征,对SSC目视检查、蒸汽泄漏检查、辐照剂量测量等无人机潜在应用场景进行了深入探讨,并全面概述了核电厂智能运维中无人机应用开发的技术指南,涵盖了监管要求、电厂重点关注事项及项目实施技术路线等内容,为国内核电厂应用无人机技术来提高运维效率和质量提供了参考。 UAV are widely used in the industrial sector,but are not common in the nuclear power industry.The paper systematically analyzed the technical parameters,payload,control system and other technical features related to the UAV used in the operation and maintenance of nuclear power plants.The potential application scenarios of UAV,such as visual inspection of SSC,steam leakage inspection,radiation dose measurement,are deeply studied.And the technical guidelines for the application and development of UAV in nuclear power plant are comprehensively summarized,covering regulatory,key concerns of power plants,and technical routes of project implementation,etc.It provides a reference for domestic nuclear power plants to apply UAV technology to improve the operation and maintenance efficiency and quality.
