核电厂管道振动评价方法及限值分析

摘要 国内外对于管道系统的振动测试和评价研究较少,相关标准不多,也没有单一明确的振动限值。本文结合梁横向振动的物理模型,得到了等截面均质梁的横向振动一般表达式。对于该横向振动一般表达式,选取两端约束管道,获得了其固有频率、振型函数、振动应力、振动速度的具体公式以及相关系数值,并与ASME OM规范中的给出的系数进行了对比。结合各公式的具体计算过程,对其适用范围进行了说明。 There is few study on the test and evaluation of piping vibration at home and abroad,and there is few relevant standard and no single clear vibration limit.Based on the physical model of transverse vibration of beam,the general expression of transverse vibration of uniform beam is obtained.For the general expression of transverse vibration,the constrained pipes at both ends are selected,the specific formulas of natural frequency,vibration mode function,vibration stress,vibration velocity are obtained,and their relative values are compared with the values given in ASME OM code.Combined with the specific calculation process of each formula,its application scope is explained.
