铀化工高压损气体流量计检定装置的研制

摘要 气体流量计主要用于铀化工生产线气体介质的流量参数控制,也可用于核工厂含放射性气溶胶气体的流量监测。传统的排气法用于检定工作压力低于2.0 kPa的气体浮子流量计,为解决高压损气体流量计的检定难题,工作方式通过引进进气法,配置稳压、恒温气源系统、换气系统等,结合光电编码器位移测试技术和计算机自动控制技术,实现高压损气体流量计自动检定。经不确定度分析和测量实验,结果表明:装置可开展1.5级及以下气体浮子流量计的检定工作,且满足工作压力损失100 kPa左右的气体浮子流量计,达到国内浮子流量计检定的先进水平。 The gas flowmeter is mainly used for the flow parameter control of the gas medium in the uranium chemical production line,and also for the flow monitoring of the radioactive aerosol gas in the nuclear plant.The traditional exhaust method is used to verify the gas float flowmeter with the working pressure lower than 2.0kPa.To solve the verification problem of the high pressure loss gas flowmeter,the work mode is to introduce the air inlet method,configure the pressure stabilizing,constant temperature gas source system,air exchange system,etc.,and combine the photoelectric encoder displacement testing technology and computer automatic control technology to achieve the automatic verification of the high pressure loss gas flowmeter.Through uncertainty analysis and measuring experiment,the results show that the device can carry out verification of the gas float flowmeter of level 1.5and below,and meet the requirements of the gas float flowmeter with a working pressure loss of about 100kPa,reaching the advanced level of domestic verification of the float flowmeter.
