摘要
非能动核电厂钢制安全壳顶封头拼装支架是保障顶封头拼装形状尺寸的主要装置。本文分析了原有顶封头拼装支架工艺,提出了一种新型顶封头拼装支架。经工程验证,新型顶封头拼装支架在缩短组装工期、降低制造成本、便于运输等方面有显著的效果。
The steel containment top head assembly support of passive nuclear power plant is the main device to ensure the shape and size of the top head assembly.In this paper,the technology of the original top head assembly support is analyzed,and a new top head assembly support is proposed.Through engineering verification,the new top head assembly support has significant effects in shortening the assembling period,reducing the manufacturing cost,and facilitating transport.
