压水堆核电厂核安全3级塑料管道连接技术

摘要 在以往的压水堆核电厂中,核安全级的管道均由金属管材制成。随着塑料管材制造技术的提高,ASME BPVC已将其用于核安全3级的管道建造过程中。本文根据ASME BPVC规范,对塑料管道材质规范和连接技术进行了分析和归纳,为我国塑料管道用于核电厂核安全级管道的连接技术提供参考。 In the past,the nuclear safety-related piping was made of metallic materials in PWR NPP.However,with the development of plastic piping manufacturing technique,the plastic piping has been adopted into ASME BPVC as the nuclear safety-related class 3piping.According to the ASME BPVC,the material specification and joining technique of plastic piping as the nuclear safety-related class 3piping are analyzed and summarized,with a view to providing a technical reference for utilizing the joining technique of nuclear safety-related plastic piping installation in China.
