“华龙一号”示范工程建设期消防系统管理及改进探索

摘要 “华龙一号”是我国具有自主知识产权的第三代核电品牌,肩负着国家“一带一路”倡议宏伟规划和支撑中国核电“走出去”战略的重要使命;首堆工程建设的技术复杂性、制约多样性和工程特殊性,使得在建安、调试、运行阶段的现场安全问题面临巨大挑战。而消防系统作为首堆工程项目的安全保障,如何确保整改建设期的消防安全,这为首堆示范工程建设期消防安全管理管理提出了更高要求。本文通过总结“华龙一号”首堆建设期间消防系统管理的长处和不足,深刻分析不足的原因,并制定针对性、合理的消防管理制度与措施,为后续机组建设提供参考。 HPR1000is the third generation nuclear power brand with independent intellectual property rights in China.It shoulders the important mission of thegrand plan of the“Belt and Road”initiative and China's nuclear power“the going globally”strategy.The technical complexity,restriction diversity and engineering particularity of the construction of the firstof-a-kind(FOAK)project make the safety of the site face great challenges in the construction,installation,commissioning and operation stages.As the safety guarantee of the FOAK project,how to ensure the fire safety during the rectification and construction period puts forward higher requirements for the fire safety management during the construction period of the demonstration project.This paper summarizes the highlights and deficiencies of fire system management during the construction of the first HPR1000,deeply analyzes the causes of deficiencies,and formulates targeted and reasonable fire management systems and measures to provide reference for the follow-up construction.
