摘要
安全壳边界电缆孔洞封堵密封困难、易出现漏点,且缺少密封性有效验证手段,由于电缆孔洞封堵数量多,对安全壳整体密封性影响非常大。本文主要通过在实验室中分析试验件在不同泄漏孔径下对应的声强值和泄漏量,研究出声强与泄漏量关系式,并在现场实际检验及完成缺陷处理等方式,论述了超声波检漏法半定量检验安全壳边界电缆孔洞封堵密封性能的相关研究及应用情况。实践证明,超声波检漏法能半定量开展电缆孔洞封堵密封性检查。相关实践经验可为类似设计安全壳边界电缆孔洞封堵提供半定量检验方法,确保安全壳边界电缆孔洞封堵的密封性能。
The hole sealing of the boundary cable of the containment is difficult and prone to leak points,and there is a lack of effective sealing means.The large number of cable hole sealing has a great impact on the overall sealing of the containment.This paper mainly analyzed the sound intensity and leakage amount of test pieces under different leakage diameters in the laboratory,studied the relationship between sound intensity and leakage amount,and conducted actual inspection and completion of defect treatment in the field,and discussed the relevant study and application of the ultrasonic leak detection method for semi-quantitative inspection of the hole sealing performance of containment boundary cable.Practice has proved that the ultrasonic leak detection method can carry out semi-quantitative inspection of cable hole sealing.Relevant practical experience provides a semiquantitative test method for the similar design of containment boundary cable hole plugging to ensure the sealing performance of containment boundary cable hole plugging.
