核电Inconel690镍基合金配套焊条的研制与测试

摘要 Inconel690镍基合金因其具有良好的抗应力腐蚀(SCC)性能广泛应用于核岛主设备,目前焊接中采用的手工电焊条全部依赖进口。为此,采用正交试验方法,通过对焊条药皮中主要组分的选择及调整试验,成功研制了配套的CaO-CaF_(2)-TiO_(2)碱性渣系的镍基焊条PP-Ni152。随后,进行了焊条工艺性能试验,测试了焊条脱渣性、飞溅、焊缝成形等;测定了熔敷金属力学性能、化学成分及微观组织。结果表明,开发出的焊条工艺性能良好,焊接时电弧稳定,飞溅较小,脱渣性良好,焊缝外观均匀、平整、光滑;熔敷金属室温抗拉强度大于550 MPa,350℃抗拉强度为527 MPa;化学成分满足设定要求;微观组织为奥氏体+碳化物;各项性能指标均满足AWS标准要求,并与进口的同类产品性能相当,为替代进口焊条奠定了基础。 Inconel690 nickel based alloy is widely used in the main equipment of nuclear island because of its good SCC performance.At present,the welding electrodes used in engineering welding all rely on import.Therefore,by orthogonal test,through the selection and adjustment of main components in the coating of electrodes,the matching nickel based electrode PP-Ni152 with Cao-CaF_(2)-TiO_(2) basic slag system was successfully developed.Then,the usability of electrode was carried out,and the detachability,spatter and weld beam formation of the electrode were tested.The mechanical properties,chemical composition and microstructure of deposited metal were measured.The results show that the developed electrode has good usability,stable arc,less splashed material,good detachability,uniform,flat and smooth weld appearance;The tensile strength of deposited metal is greater than 550 MPa at room temperature and 527 MPa at 350℃;The chemical composition meets the requirements of setting;the microstructure is austenite+carbide;all the performance indexes meet the requirements of AWS standard and are equivalent to the same products imported,which lays a foundation for replacing the imported electrode.
