核设施室外排风管道退役实践

Decommissioning Practice of the Outdoor Exhaust Duct of Nuclear Facility

核设施排风管道达到寿期后一直处于封存监护状态,需要尽快完成管道的退役拆除。本文介绍了室外风管退役工艺流程、源项调查方法及结果、施工场地布置,退役实施及公众舆论应对措施。实践结果表明退役工艺合理可行,平均每天退役风管长度10 m;退役实施对环境基本没有影响;公众舆论应对措施有效。国内科研院所即将退役核设施排风管道数量很多,运行经验与本文基本一致,本文可供今后类似退役项目参考借鉴。

The exhaust duct of nuclear facility has been in the state of sealing and monitoring after reaching its life span,and it needs to be decommissioned and dismantled as soon as possible.This paper introduces the decommissioning process of the outdoor exhaust duct,the source term investigation method and results,the construction site layout,the implementation results of decommission and response of public opinion was effective.There are many exhaust pipes of nuclear facilities to be decommissioned in scientific research institutes,and the operation experience is basically consistent with that of this paper.This paper can be used for reference for similar decommissioning projects in the future.
