水泥-水玻璃双液灌浆在核电厂泵房的施工分析与应用

摘要 因漳州核电一期海域确权较晚,泵房施工严重滞后,影响后续核岛厂房冷试、热试等相关节点的按期实现,优化泵房整体逻辑线各环节是必要的且优化泵房围堰工期成为当前工作的重中之重。为了满足泵房围堰安全、质量及工期要求等,现场首次运用了一种新型止水施工工艺——水泥-水玻璃双液灌浆止水工艺,通过施工分析及试验数据证明该工艺具有绝对工期短、止水质量好、施工工序简单等优点,与传统止水工艺相比,能够按计划确保漳州泵房干施工条件。因水泥-水玻璃双液灌浆止水工艺是地下工程,为直观分析影响渗流量和止水效果的施工参数,现场进行了双液灌浆堵水防渗试验分析,从浆液扩散半径、注浆压力、水灰比、水泥浆与水玻璃体积比、注浆工艺等方面分析了这些因素与止水效果的关系;最后,根据该工程积累的相关施工经验,提出了水泥-水玻璃双液灌浆止水工艺在后续核电机组施工中的优化改进建议。 Due to the lateconfirmation of the Rights of Using the Sea of the Phase Iof Zhangzhou nuclear power project,the construction of the pump house is seriously delayed.It will affect the timely realization of cold commission,hot commission and other nodal targets of the nuclear island.It is necessary to optimize all links of the overall logic line of the pump house,and optimizing the cofferdam duration has become the top priority of the current work.For satisfied the safety,quality and duration requirements of the cofferdam.For the first time,a new water sealing technique was used on site—the C-S two-shot grouting technique.Through analysis and test data,which proved the technique has the advantages of better water sealing,simpler process,shorter duration,cheaper and so on.Compared with traditional technique,it better ensure the construction conditions of the pump house.Because the technique is an underground project,for intuitively analyze the construction parameters that affect the seepage flow and water sealing effects,the anti-seepage test of the C-S two-shot grouting was carried out on site,the relationship between these factors and water sealing effects is analyzed from the aspects of slurry diffusion radius,grouting pressure,water cement ratio,volume ratio of cement slurry to sodium silicate,grouting technique and so on.Finally,according to the experience in this project,suggestions for optimization and improvement of the technique in follow-up units are put forward.
