核电厂汽轮机保护通道试验方式优化及应用

摘要 本文主要通过研究现有国内核电汽轮机保护通道试验方法,分析其存在的缺点和不足,结合现有汽轮机保护系统的数字化仪控特点,提出一种安全高效执行核电厂汽轮机保护通道试验的设计方案,以达到优化试验方法,提高试验安全性和可靠性,缩减试验工期和人力成本,达到降本增效的目的。 In this paper,by studying the existing test method for the protection channel of the steam turbine domestic nuclear power in domestic nuclear power plant,the analysis of the shortcomings and deficiencies,combined with the characteristics of the existing digital I&C of the turbine protection system,a kind of safe and effective designscheme forthe implementation of the steam turbine protection channel test is put forward,in order to achieve optimization of test methods,improve the safety and reliability test,reduce the test time and manpower cost,and to achieve the purpose of reducing costs and increasing efficiency.
