“华龙一号”钢衬里穹顶拱膜成型胎架施工技术

摘要 为优化核电厂大直径薄壁穹顶拼装过程反复搭拆满堂脚手架的传统施工工艺,提高穹顶拼装建造技术的标准化、模块化、机械化、一体化程度,着力形成高性价比的标准建造技术。通过对穹顶拼装及喷淋系统安装工艺优化、拱膜成型胎架设计、拱膜成型胎架机械化安拆技术等重难点进行分析,总结钢衬里穹顶拱膜成型胎架施工技术的关键点和创新点,包括双曲率半球体胎架结构设计、穹顶拱膜胎架安装技术、穹顶拼装成型技术,形成“华龙一号”钢衬里穹顶拱膜成型胎架施工技术。随着“华龙一号”的设计成熟化、标准化,拱膜成型胎架技术能够在相同的机组、核电厂反复利用,具有提高核电建造施工性价比、安全环保示范等作用,并可作为后续核电厂建设及类似穹顶钢结构施工的推广和指导成果。 In order to optimize the traditional construction technique of repeatedly constructing and dismantling scaffolds in the large-diameter thin-walled dome assembly process of nuclear power plant,improve the standardization,modularity,mechanization and integration degree of the dome assembly construction technique,and strive to form a standard construction technique with high cost performance.Through the optimization of the installation process of the dome assembling and spraying system,the design of the arch membrance forming tire frame,and the study on the mechanized installation and disassembly technique of the arch membrance forming tire frame,the construction technique for the arch membrance forming tire frame of the steel lining of HPR1000 was formed.With the design of HPR1000 becoming mature and standardized,the arch membrance forming tire frame technique can be repeatedly used in the same units and nuclear power plants,which can improve the cost performance of nuclear power construction,demonstrate safety and environmental protection,etc.,and can be used as the promotion and guidance results for the subsequent construction of nuclear power plants and similar dome steel structures.
