摘要
为降低T1试验台的故障次数,提高T1试验的合格率,在秦山第二核电厂(简称秦二厂)的114大修中更换了一台软硬件全面升级的T1试验台,并在调试过程中及日常运行中解决了缺失具有电流信号切换功能的继电器、自动Checkpoint功能导致试验无法进行等问题,保证T1试验台调试改造成功,保障机组安全稳定运行。
In order to reduce the number of failures and improve the pass rate of the T1 test rig,a T1 test rig with comprehensive software and hardware upgrade was replaced in the 114 overhaul of Qinshan 2.In the process of commissioning and daily operation,it solved the problems such as the lack of relay with current signal switching function and automatic checkpoint function,which caused the test could not be carried out,ensuring the success of the commissioning and retrofitting of the T1 test bed,and ensuring the safe and stable operation of the unit.
