核电站励磁变压器设计选型及运行优化

摘要 秦一厂在一次大修期间进行了励磁系统改造的变更项目,由自并励静止励磁系统代替原本的三机有刷励磁系统,完成改造后,在保证机组安全稳定运行的前提下增加了发电机容量。文章主要包括两种不同励磁系统的变更和励磁变压器的设计选型等内容。在变更结束后,现场出现励磁变压器运行温度偏高的问题,文章还提出一种有效解决此问题的方法,可以对励磁变压器运行环境进行有效优化。 Qinshan 1 carried out the excitation system backfitting project during an overhaul,in which the self-excited static excitation system replaced the original three-machine brush excitation system.After the backfitting,the generator capacity is increased while ensuring the safe and stable operation of the unit.The article mainly includes the change of two different excitation systems,and the design and selection of excitation transformer.After the change,there was a problem of high operating temperature of the excitation transformer on site.The article also proposed an effective method to solve this problem,which can effectively optimize the operating environment of the transformer.
