摘要
财务共享服务作为一种新型集团级财务管理模式,越来越多地应用于大型集团企业。本文以中国核电会计共享服务中心建设为例,分析其建设过程中业务标准化、流程再造优化、财务内部管理运营优化、IT系统构建内涵等重要举措,论述大数据、云计算、移动互联网等新一代信息技术对财务数字化转型的驱动作用,以期对集团企业数字化会计共享服务模式构建及利用新技术驱动财务管理数字化转型方面提供理论参考与实务指导。
As a new type of financial management mode,financial sharing service is more and more widely used in large group enterprises.Taking the construction of China Nuclear Power Accounting Shared Service Center as an example,this paper analyzes the important measures in the construction process,such as business standardization,process reengineering optimization,organizational structure adjustment,financial internal management and operation optimization,IT system construction,etc.The key point is the financial digital transformation with new technologies in big data,cloud computing,mobile Internet,digitalization and intelligence.This paper aims to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for the construction of digital accounting shared service mode,and the use of new technology to drive the digital transformation of financial management in group enterprises.
