Analysis of Changes in NCDs and Their Reasons from Issuers’ Perspective

同业存单作为商业银行开展主动负债和流动性管理的重要工具,迅速发展成为我国第四大债券品种。文章从发行人角度,对近年来同业存单发展特征进行了分析,并按照机构类型对存单发行近三年的主要变化进行了探究,揭示引起这些变化的主要原因。

As an important tool for commercial banks to carry out active liability and liquidity management,the NCD has rapidly developed into the fourth largest bond variety in China.From the issuer’s perspective,the article analyzes the characteristics of its development in recent years,and explores the main changes in NCD issuance in the past three years by type of institution,revealing the main reasons for these changes.
