我国农村地区癌症筛查困境及人工智能助力对策分析

Analysis of the challenges of cancer screening in rural areas of China and the assistance of artificial intelligence

摘要 随着国家面向农村医疗卫生扶持政策的实施,越来越多的农村地区开始了常见癌症筛查和早诊早治工作,但一些农村地区癌症筛查仍然存在人力资源短缺、筛查标准规范匮乏、卫生服务能力不足及医疗机构诊疗能力较弱等困境。人工智能具有强大的分析处理能力,可通过其与居民电子健康档案、电子病历和个人可穿戴健康智能监测设备等绑定关联,获取居民相对客观和准确的健康信息,解决农村地区癌症筛查人力资源短缺困境;同时可依托人工智能强大的算力,形成标准化、规范化的癌症筛查指南,有效提升农村地区医务人员诊疗水平及癌症筛查的效率和可及性。本文对我国目前农村地区癌症筛查困境及人工智能助力对策进行了概述,以期为推进我国农村地区癌症筛查工作高质量发展提供新思路。 With the implementation of national support policies for rural medical and health care,more and more rural areas have started common cancer screening and early diagnosis and treatment work.However,some rural areas still face challenges such as shortage of human resources,lack of standardized cancer screening criteria,insufficient health service capabilities,and weak diagnosis and treatment capabilities of medical institutions.Artificial intelligence has powerful analytical and processing capabilities and can obtain relatively objective and accurate health information from residents through its association with residents′electronic health records,electronic medical records,and personal wearable health monitoring devices,thereby solving the shortage of human resources in cancer screening in rural areas.At the same time,relying on the powerful computing power of artificial intelligence,normal and standardized cancer screening guidelines can be formed,effectively improving the diagnosis and treatment level of medical personnel in rural areas and the efficiency and accessibility of cancer screening.This article gives an overview of the current challenges in cancer screening in rural areas of China and the countermeasures of artificial intelligence assistance,in order to provide new ideas for the high-quality development of cancer screening work in rural areas of China.
