究竟是什么影响地方高校教育经费收入?——基于省份、院校特征与教育经费收入的关联性分析 被引量:9

What on Earth Influences Local Regular Universities’ Educational Funds: Based on the Correlation Analysis of Provincial,Academic Characteristics and Educational Funds

摘要 利用分层线性模型展开对地方高校教育经费收入差异影响因素的实证研究,结果表明:地方普通高校教育经费收入受院校特征和省份特征两个主效应及跨院校-省份特征间交互作用的共同影响;院校特征(学校规模、学校层次等)对地方普通高校教育经费收入具有显著影响,但其影响作用受省份层面因素的约束与调整;地方经济发展水平和居民分担能力对地方普通高校教育经费收入具有正向影响,但政府财政能力对地方普通高校教育经费收入具有不稳定性,且政府教育财政政策对地方普通高校教育经费收入具有负向影响。 Based on empirical research of the affecting factors for the differences of local regular universities by hierarchical linear models(HLM),the results are suggested as followed:the educational funds of local regular universities is complexly affected by the level of universities,the level of provinces and the interactions from overuniversity and over-province.The properties of universities,such as the college size and quality,have obviously affect the educational funds of local regular universities.And the effect of the properties of universities are adjusted and restrained by external circumstance of province.The economic progress level of a province and resident’s sharing capability have positive impacts on the educational funds of local regular universities;but the financial ability of government on the educational funds of local regular universities was not stable;and the government’s educational fiscal policies have negative impacts on the educational funds of local regular universities.
