Optimizing the Path Selection of the Early Admissions Mode in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职提前招生模式在实施过程中存在着选拔功能异化、评价标准窄化、技能测试泛化等现象,对招生考试的公平与效率会产生负面影响。为此,建议从三方面进行优化,一是以专业培养的内在需求为依据确定提前招生专业,二是建立以学考成绩为基本依据的综合评价标准体系,三是完善以适应性为目标的多样化职业技能测试机制。

The discrepancy in the function of student selection,the narrow interpretation of evaluation standard and the overgeneralization of skill test in current early admission mode are exerting negative impacts on the justice and validity of recruitment tests.Solutions to those issues are as follows:take some demands of the major development into consideration when determining early admission majors;establish a comprehensive evaluation system with high school subject test results as a vital parameter;improve the mechanism of the diversified the skill test which aims to indicate students’subject adaptive level in higher education.
