回顾人类社会的经济发展过程,科技发展对于社会进步的影响越来越大。特别是,人类社会的信息传递方式和对能源的开采利用方式,显著影响了社会发展水平和经济运行模式。在即将到来的数字经济时代,新一代信息技术将改变社会生活和工业生产方式。我国"双碳"目标的实施,从外部约束上要求社会对能源利用方式做出改变,适应可持续发展要求。本文从信息传递和能源利用两个角度分析其对我国产业升级的影响,并给出相应建议。

During the development process of human society,the development of science and technology gives an increasing influence on social progress.In particular,the ways of information transmission and energy exploitation and utilization of human society have significantly affected the level of social development and economic operation mode.In the coming era of digital economy,the new generation of information technology will change social life and industrial production methods.The implementation of Chinese"dual carbon"goal requires the society to change the way of energy utilization from external constraints to adapt to the requirements of sustainable development.The perspectives of information transmission and energy utilization are analyzed about their impact on Chinese industrial upgrading and give corresponding suggestions.
