抓住RCEP契机,助力内陆开放型经济试验区建设

Seize the Opportunity of RCEP and Promote the Construction of Inland Open Economic Experimental Zone

RCEP作为当前世界最大的自由贸易协定,生效后将削减区域内关税和非关税壁垒,在增加成员国间贸易投资往来的同时,也推动区域内产业链、供应链和价值链的融合优化。RCEP成员国是我国贸易投资的重要伙伴国,RCEP的签署将助推我国构建新发展格局,对内陆开放型经济试验区的建设而言也具有重要价值。本文首先探讨了RCEP主要内容及需要重点关注的部分,接着采用事件研究法分析国内金融市场对于RCEP签署的反应,最后为内陆开放型经济试验区如何"抓住RCEP契机,加快地区建设"提出相关建议。

As the largest free trade agreement in the world,RCEP will reduce tariff and non-tariff barriers in the region after its entry into force.It will not only increase trade and investment among member countries,but also promote the integration and optimization of industrial chain,supply chain and value chain in the region.RCEP member countries are important trade and investment partners of China.The signing of RCEP will promote the construction of a new development pattern in China,and it is also of great value to the construction of Inland Opening-up Pilot Economic Zone.This paper first discusses the main contents of RCEP and the parts that need to be paid attention to,then uses the event study method to analyze the response of domestic financial market to the signing of RCEP,and finally puts forward relevant suggestions for the Inland Opening-up Pilot Economic Zone how to"seize the opportunity brought by RCEP and speed up regional construction".
