全面实施乡村振兴战略,乡村建设至关重要。村民作为乡村建设直接实践主体,其主体性发挥是坚持以人民为中心发展理念,做到发展为了人民、发展依靠人民、发展成果由人民共享的直接体现。当前,乡村建设成效凸显,但广大农村地区仍存在村民参与乡村建设积极性不高、独立性缺乏、能动性不够、创造性不强的问题。坚持抓建设与励壮志相结合,富脑袋与聚众智相结合,善制度与增效能相结合,解近忧与谋长远相结合是解决村民主体性缺失的有效途径。

Rural construction is crucial to the comprehensive implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.As the direct practice subject of rural construction,the exertion of the villagers’subjectivity is the direct embodiment of adhering to the concept of people-centered development,realizing that development is for the people,development depends on the people and development results are shared by the people.At present,the achievements of rural construction have been highlighted,but there are still problems in the vast rural areas,such as low enthusiasm,lack of independence,lack of initiative and lack of creativity among villagers in rural construction.The effective way to solve the lack of the villagers’subjectivity is to insist on the combination of construction and aspiration,the combination of rich head and gathering wisdom,the combination of good system and increasing efficiency,the combination of solving immediate worries and seeking long-term solutions.
