Joint Defence and Management of Environmental Pollution in the Yangtze River Delta

2019年12月1日,中共中央、国务院印发《长江三角洲区域一体化发展规划纲要》,这一国家战略的确定,标志着长三角一体化大发展进入全面实施和飞速发展的新阶段。《安徽省实施长江三角洲区域一体化发展规划纲要行动计划》的出台,不是简单的地方发展和国家战略的叠加,而是中国区域统筹协调发展战略体系的突破和升华。随着长三角区域环境污染问题的日益突出,三省一市在生态环境保护上成为责任共同体。污染联防联治的一体化平台组建需求日益迫切,需要跳出"行政区"概念,统一"一家人"思想,同心协力、齐抓共管,共同提高长三角区域环境质量。

On December 1 st,2019,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,and the State Council issued the Overall Plan for the Integrated Development in the Yangtze River Delta.This national strategy signals the full operation and rapid development of the integrated development for the Yangtze River Delta.Then,Anhui province announces another strategy Action Plan for the Overall Integrated Development in the Yangtze River Delta.It is not simply an overlay of local and national policies,but a breakthrough and upgrading for the strategic development system.With the worsening situation of the environmental pollution,three provinces and one city become a responsibility community in terms of environmental protection.There is an urgent need to build a platform for joint defence and management of pollution.We should not be limited to the concept of administrative regions and implement policies in the whole region.The Yangtze River Delta should work together,make committed efforts and improve the environmental quality for the whole region.
