摘要
跨行政区域的体制机制建设和生态环境联防联控问题一直是个难点。中央已明确建立长三角生态绿色一体化发展示范区,该文通过分析示范区环境现状,总结区域特点,借鉴多方经验,探讨如何促进示范区跨区域协作的生态环境体制机制集成创新,推动示范区建设成为生态绿色一体化高质量发展样板,提出了相关对策建议。
Cross-administrative regional mechanism construction and the joint defense and joint control of ecological environment have always been a difficult issue.The central government has made it clear to build a demonstration plot of eco-green integration in the Yangtze River Delta.This paper,after analyzing the current regional conditions and characteristics and borrowing related ideas,explores how to innovate in terms of ecological environment mechanism,hoping to make this area into a sample for high-quality eco-green integration development.Meanwhile,this paper also gives related strategies.
