刍议长三角一体化的基础法制建设

Analysis on the Basic Legal System Construction during the Integration of the Yangtze River Delta

长三角区域的法制建设相对比较完善,但就目前而言,尚未形成一体融合的法制格局。为促进长远发展,该文建议长三角三省一市应在基本层面上的法制融合,利于提升长三角一体化的速度与质量。

Legal system construction in the Yangtze River Delta is relatively complete.However,it does not present an integrated picture.In order to promote the long-term development,this paper recommends that three provinces and one city in the Yangtze River Delta should integrate the legal systems,which will be beneficial to boost the speed and quality of integration in this area.
