2021年7月29日至8月1日,"延安精神与中国脱贫"国际研讨会在延安成功举行,11个非洲国家驻华大使、非洲联盟驻华代表处常驻代表以及非洲留学生代表与会。非洲驻华大使高度评价延安精神,认为延安的成功代表了中国的成功,非洲也需要延安精神;高度评价中国脱贫成就,认为中国实现脱贫具有世界意义,希望与中国加强减贫交流与合作;高度评价中国共产党领导,认为强大的领导力是中国革命和建设成功的关键,希望与中国共产党加强治国理政经验交流;高度评价中国领导人思想,认为伟大事业需要伟大思想的指引,希望大力加强中非思想文化交流;高度评价中非合作,认为中国是非洲国家最诚挚亲密的伙伴,希望不断提升中非全面战略合作伙伴关系;高度评价中国非洲研究院,认为它很好地践行了使命,希望全面促进中非人文交流与文明互鉴。面向新时代,中非传统友谊需要进一步传承,中非政治互信需要进一步增强,中非全面战略合作伙伴关系需要进一步提升,中非命运共同体构建需要进一步推动。要贯彻落实好习近平主席提出的"真实亲诚"政策理念,秉持正确义利观,坚持做到"五不"原则,实现中非合作共赢,实现中非共同发展。

The International Forum on Yan’an Spirit and Poverty Elimination in China was successfully held in Yan’an from July 29 to August 1,2021.Ambassadors to China from 11 African countries,permanent representative of the African Union to China and representatives of African students attended the forum.The African ambassadors to China spoke highly of Yan’an Spirit,believing that the success of Yan’an represents China’s success,and that Africa also needs Yan’an Spirit.They commended the achievements scored by China in poverty elimination,remarking that China’s poverty elimination is of global significance and that Africa should strengthen exchanges and cooperation with China on poverty reduction.Speaking highly of the leadership of the Communist Party of China(CPC),they noted that strong leadership is the key to the success of China’s revolution and modernization and that Africa should strengthen exchanges with the CPC on governance experience.The forum attendees applauded the thinking of Chinese leaders,believing that the great cause needs the guidance of great ideas and that Africa and China should strengthen ideological and cultural exchanges.Believing that China is the most sincere and close partner of African countries,they noted that the two sides should continuously enhance the comprehensive strategic and cooperative partnership.They also highly praised the work of China-Africa Institute,and encouraged the institute to play a larger role in promoting all-round exchanges and mutual learning between Chinese and African civilizations.Looking forward to the new era,China-Africa traditional friendship needs to be further inherited,political mutual trust between the two sides needs to be further enhanced,China-Africa comprehensive strategic and cooperative partnership needs to be further strengthened,and China-Africa community with a shared future needs to be further promoted.We should remain guided by the principle of sincerity,real results,amity and good faith put forward by President Xi Jinping and the concept of upholding justice while pursuing shared interests,and shall not cross“five lines”so as to realize win-win cooperation and common development between China and Africa.
