基于扫频校正的PMSM电流环精准带宽设计方法研究

摘要 为提高永磁同步电机电流环带宽设计精度,改善模型法整定极度依赖模型参数准度等问题,该文针对性地提出一种整定改进方法,以闭环带宽为设计指标并具备参数自适应校正能力。首先,通过引入增益系数γ,建立延时与比例积分控制器参数的物理联系;其次,提出一种开环扫频校正方法,利用最小二乘拟合可求解系统实际延时,规避因延时建模误差而导致的整定精度损失;提出一种闭环扫频校正方法,可有效降低因控制器与电机实际阻感参数失配而导致的整定误差;最后,在实物平台上,通过多台电机实验验证所提方法的有效性与普适性,整定相对误差低于5%,且各电机方波时域响应具备很高的一致性。 In order to improve the design accuracy of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)current loop bandwidth and to overcome the shortcoming that model-based tuning extremely dependent on model parameter accuracy,this paper proposed an improved tuning method,which takes the closed-loop bandwidth as the design index and has capability of parameter self-adaptive correction.Firstly,by introducing the gain coefficientγ,physical relationship between delay and PI parameters was established.Secondly,an open-loop frequency sweep correction method was proposed to solve the actual delay of the system with the least squares fitting algorithm,thereby reducing the loss of tuning accuracy caused by the delay modeling error.In addition,a closed-loop frequency sweep correction method was proposed,which can effectively reduce the error caused by resistance and inductance mismatch between controller and the motor.Finally,the effectiveness and universality of the proposed method were verified by multiple motor experiments on the physical platform.The relative error of the tuning was less than 5%and the time domain response of multiple motors was consistent.
