摘要 直线感应电机结构简单、成本低、应用范围广。在低速运行时,运行频率很低,此时次级结构的改变将使得电机的最大推力点产生偏移。该文采用等效电阻率,基于集中参数等效电路,计算次级采用不同结构与不同材料时的推力特性,分析从低频到高频范围内频率对推力的影响,得到优化结果,并通过有限元模型进行验证。最后,通过一台样机实验,验证了分析模型的正确性。研究结果为低频直线感应电机的次级优化设计提供了参考依据。 Linear induction motor(LIM)has the advantage of simple structure and is increasingly used because of its wide speed range.At low speed,the operating frequency is decelerated as well.With a different frequency,the characteristic of LIM shows a distinct change.In this paper,the concept of equivalent resistivity was proposed to analyze the relationship between the thrust force and parameters of secondary,including structures and materials.Combining T-model equivalent circuit,the impact of secondary in changing frequency could be summarized.The optimization results are obtained and verified by the finite element model.Finally,a prototype experiment was carried out to verify the correctness of the previous analysis.The results provide a reference for the secondary optimization of LIM,especially in low frequency.
