装配隔热板的单罐储热罐性能模拟及㶲分析 被引量:2

摘要 单罐斜温层水储热技术的应用能够有效提高能源利用效率。在传统储热单罐中装配隔热板可以有效降低斜温层厚度,提高储热性能。以装配隔热板的储热罐为对象,建立不同工况下的模型并进行数值模拟。对比静止工况和蓄热工况下,装配隔热板前后储热罐内部温度场变化情况;研究隔热板材料物性对于储热性能的影响;基于静态工况下数值模拟结果进行储热罐㶲分析。数值模拟有效防止冷热流体掺混,从而提高储热罐储热性能;㶲分析结果表明加装隔热板可以降低储热罐系统㶲损失,提高系统能量利用率;选用导热系数小的材料作为隔热板能够增强隔热能力,优化储热罐性能。研究结果验证通过装配隔热板以降低斜温层厚度的可行性,对斜温层单罐储热技术的优化具有指导意义。 The application of single tank thermocline water heat storage technology can effectively improve energy utilization efficiency.Assembling the thermal insulation panel in the traditional single heat storage tank can effectively reduce the thickness of the thermocline layer and improve the heat storage performance.Taking the thermal storage tank as an object,models under different working conditions were established and numerical simulations were performed.Compare the changes in the internal temperature field of the heat storage tank before and after the heat insulation board is installed under static conditions and heat storage conditions.Investigate the effect of the physical properties of the thermal insulation panel material properties on heat storage performance.Exhaust analysis of thermal storage tank based on numerical simulation results under static conditions.Numerical simulation results show that:the hot and cold fluids in the conventional heat storage tank are mixed,and the installation of heat insulation panels can effectively prevent the mixing of hot and cold fluids,thereby improving the heat storage performance of the heat storage tank.The exergy analysis results show that the installation of heat insulation panels can reduce the exergy loss of the thermal storage tank system and improve the energy utilization rate of the system.Choosing materials with low thermal conductivity as the heat insulation board can enhance the heat insulation capacity and optimize the performance of the heat storage tank.The research results confirm the feasibility of reducing the thickness of the thermocline by assembling the heat insulation board,which has guiding significance for the optimization of the single-tank thermocline water heat storage technology.
