风电次/超同步振荡激发汽轮机组轴系扭振风险的在线评估与预警技术 被引量:4

Online Assessment and Early Warning of Torsional Vibration Risk for Turbine Generators Stimulated by Sub-/Super-synchronous Oscillations Associated with Wind Power

摘要 风火打捆系统中,风电机组与电网相互作用会引发次/超同步振荡,进而激发汽轮机组轴系扭振。为保障机组轴系安全,该文提出汽轮机组轴系扭振风险在线评估与预警技术。针对轴系参数已知和全部/部分参数未知的汽轮机组,分别提出基于理论分析和扰动激励辨识的扭矩在线估计方法。另外,所提预警技术利用扭矩估计值评估轴系扭振风险,基于轴系疲劳特性的预警定值确保系统能够在风电振荡造成轴系疲劳损耗前发出预警指令。最后,通过我国某实际电网的电磁暂态仿真验证所提扭振风险在线评估与预警技术的有效性。 For large turbine generators in the wind-thermal bundled system,shaft torsional vibration would be stimulated by the sub-/super-synchronous oscillation caused by the interaction between the wind power and the system.This paper developed a novel method for online assessment and early warning of torsional vibration risk to protect the shaft safety.The torque could be estimated with theoretical analysis for those"white"turbine generators,or could be obtained with the perturbation excitation for those"black/grey"turbine generators.The torsional vibration risk was assessed by comparing the estimated value with the warning thresholds based on the fatigue characteristics of the shaft.When the oscillation associated with wind power tended to cause fatigue loss-of-life,warning command was issued timely.Finally,the performances of the proposed method were verified with the simulation data collected from the electromagnetic transient simulation of a practical power grid of China.
