摘要
富含上网小水电的电力系统需在规划时协同考虑小水电对电力负荷预测、电网与电源规划的影响。该文以宜昌地区的电力系统为工程背景,在负荷预测阶段,结合解耦法和标幺法,将负荷曲线分为平均负荷与标幺曲线,以便直观分析小水电出力对负荷特性的影响;在电网规划阶段,根据负荷曲线峰值,分析水电上网对当地负荷的影响,差异化计算水电上网区与非水电上网区的容载比,前者采用水电上网最大时刻负荷,后者采用统调最大负荷,以便合理规划主变容量;在电源规划阶段,综合考虑电压质量、保护配置、主变容量及线路安全电流等约束条件,合理选择小水电的接入地点与容量,提高电网对小水电的消纳能力。
The influence of small hydropower on power load forecasting,power grid and power supply planning must be considered in power system with rich hydropower.Taking the power grid in Yichang City as engineering background,the load curve is divided into average load and unit load curve by combining decoupling method and unit load method,so as to intuitively analyze the influence of small hydropower output on load characteristics.At the stage of power grid planning,according to the peak load curve,the influence of hydropower network on local load was analyzed,and the capacity-load ratio of hydropower network area and non-hydropower network area was calculated by differentiation.In the power planning stage,considering the constraint conditions such as voltage quality,protection configuration,main transformer capacity and line safety current comprehensively,the access location and capacity of small hydropower should be rationally selected to improve the power grid’s absorption capacity of small hydropower.
