五相感应电机缺相容错运行的全转矩范围效率优化控制策略 被引量:15

摘要 多相电机的缺相容错性是其相比于传统三相电机的一个重要优势,现有的基于带载能力最大化或铜耗最小化策略的缺相容错控制方法在带载能力和驱动效率方面存在一定局限性。针对五相感应电机的几种典型缺相故障,提出一种全转矩范围效率优化容错控制策略,根据实际负载对各相电流间的幅值和相位的相对关系进行实时在线调节,以保证电机在全转矩范围内的任意负载工况均实现定子铜耗最小化,在保证带载能力最大化的同时提高了电机的运行效率。在此基础上,提出一种适用于正常与多种缺相工况的统一容错控制方法。通过阶梯加载和稳态性能对比等试验,证明了所提效率优化控制策略的有效性。 A multiphase motor is superior in fault-tolerant performance to a conventional three-phase motor.The existing postfault control strategies based on maximum torque capability or minimum loss strategy are limited in torque capability and drive efficiency.In this paper,an efficiencyoptimized control strategy in the full torque operation range was proposed for several typical open-circuited fault conditions of a five-phase induction motor,where the relative relation between amplitude and phase of each phase was adjusted in real time according to load in order to minimize the stator copper loss at any load condition within the full torque range.The proposed efficiency-optimized strategy was utilized to a unified fault-tolerant control method which was available to normal and different open-circuited fault conditions.Finally,step-loading test and steady-state performance comparison tests were used to validate the proposed control strategy.
