摘要 该文建立高压配电网与天然气管网互联系统的转供优化模型。首先,将电网转供的概念延伸至多能源互联系统,提出了能源转供的概念;然后,结合天然气管网和电网的运行特性,利用天然气发电机组和电转气(power-to-gas,P2G)机组,进行气转电和电转气的双向转供优化调度,建立了基于高压配电网与天然气管网互联的转供优化模型。该模型的目标函数包含天然气管网压缩机损耗最小、部分分气点供气量最大,以及电网开关动作次数最少、天然气发电机组和P2G机组运行成本均最低;约束条件包含天然气进气点、分气点、压缩机、阀门和管网运行约束,以及电网有功功率平衡、电网辐射型结构约束;该模型采用双层遗传算法进行求解。最后,通过110kV高压配电网与天然气管网互联系统的算例分析,验证了所提模型的有效性。 This paper established a transfer optimization model for the interconnection system between high-voltage distribution network and natural gas pipeline network.First,the concept of grid transfer was extended to the multi-energy interconnect system,and proposed the concept of energy transfer.Then,combined with the operating characteristics of the natural gas pipeline network and the power grid,the natural gas generator set and the power-to-gas(P2 G)unit were used to optimize the two-way transfer of gas-to-power and power-to-gas,and established the transfer model for optimization between the high-voltage distribution network and the natural gas pipeline network.The objective function of the model includes the loss of the natural gas pipeline compressor,the maximum gas supply at the partial gas separation point,and the least number of grid switching actions,and the lowest operating costs of the natural gas generator set and P2 G unit.Constraints include natural gas inlet points,gas points,compressors,valves and pipe network operating constraints,as well as grid active power balance,grid radiation type structural constraints.The model was solved using a two-layer genetic algorithm.Finally,the validity of the model was verified by a case study of an 110 kV high-voltage distribution network and a natural gas pipeline network interconnection system.
