考虑风电不确定性的交直流混合配电网分布式优化运行 被引量:34

A Distributed Operation Optimization Model for AC/DC Hybrid Distribution Network Considering Wind Power Uncertainty

摘要 未来交直流混合配电网表现出显著的分区特性,且不断渗入的分布式电源(如风电等)具有较强的不确定性。基于此,该文提出考虑风电不确定性的交直流混合配电网分布式优化模型。该模型以最小化上级电网购电成本(交流子区域电网)与交直流子区域间购售电成本、弃风成本、微型燃气轮机发电成本等为优化目标,利用1-范数和∞-范数对筛选获得的典型场景概率分布不确定性进行约束,构建基于数据驱动的两阶段分布鲁棒模型,并采用列与约束生成算法进行求解。而交直流混合配电网分布式优化则以电压源型换流器为耦合元件,通过功率一致性约束对各子区域配电网进行协调,并利用交替方向乘子进行全局协调与迭代求解,实现整个交直流混合配电网各子区域间功率平衡。最后,算例验证了所提分布式优化和分布鲁棒方法的有效性。 AC/DC hybrid distribution network is an important form of distribution network in the future.It possesses significant partition characteristics,and a large number of uncertain distributed generators(such as wind power,etc.)access to distribution network which takes challenges to economic operation of distribution network.A distributed optimization model of AC/DC hybrid active distribution network considering the uncertainties of wind power was proposed.The proposed model takes the minimum of purchasing and selling cost from the high voltage network,exchange power cost between AC and DC sub-networks,cost of curtailed wind power and micro turbine generation cost as optimization objectives.The 1-norm and∞-norm were both used to constrain the uncertainties of probability distribution of the selected typical scenarios.A two-stage distributionally robust model based on data-driven method was come up with and solved by column and constraint generation(CCG)algorithm.Voltage source converter(VSC)was used to coordinate AC and DC sub-networks by exchanging power.Then the alternating direction method of multipliers(ADMM)was used to solve the distributed optimization for the power balance of the sub-networks in the whole system.Finally,the effectiveness of distributed optimization and distributionally robust method was proved.
