我国高效灵活二次再热发电机组研制及工程示范 被引量:7

Development and Engineering Demonstration of High Efficiency and Flexible Double-Reheat Generators in China

摘要 为了提高二次再热燃煤发电机组能源利用水平,提高机组在较大负荷变化范围内运行的高效灵活性,通过理论创新、关键单元技术开发、系统集成、工程示范等,研制带烟气再循环灵活调温的高效宽调节比二次再热塔式锅炉,研制带补汽阀、二次再热、单轴、五缸四排汽汽轮机,集成优化设计基于31MPa/600℃/620℃/620℃二次再热、单轴、五缸四排汽、汽电双驱引风机供热、综合调频等新型技术的热力系统,研发智能DCS及预测控制算法结合智能动态前馈的全程控制与协调优化策略。研究结果表明:机组在100%额定负荷下发电效率≥48%,70%额定负荷下发电效率达47.3%~48%;100%额定负荷下发电煤耗<256g/(kW×h),70%额定负荷下发电煤耗达256~260g/(kW×h)。 In order to improve the energy utilization level and enhance economic performance and flexibility under frequent load change conditions of double-reheat ultra-supercritical coal-fired power generation unit,this paper studied the innovative theory and methods,key unit technology,system integration and engineering demonstration of high-efficiency and flexible power generation of ultra-supercritical double-reheat coal-fired power generation unit.A high-efficiency wide-adjusting ratio double-reheat tower boiler with the flue gas recirculation and flexible temperature regulation was developed and a single shaft,double-reheat,five-cylinder four-exhaust steam turbine with the supplementary valve was developed.Then new thermal system integrating the steam-electric double-drive fan heating and integrated frequency regulation,the double-reheat thermal system with the parameters of 31 MPa/600℃/620℃/620℃parameters was optimized.The intelligent DCS system and predictive control algorithm combined with the intelligent dynamic feed forward control and coordinated optimization strategy were developed.The research results show:the power generation efficiency under the 100%rated load is more than 48%,and around 47.3%~48%under 70%rated load;the coal consumption under 100%rated load is less than 256 g/(kW×h)and 256~260 g/(kW×h)under 70%rated load.
