近海海岛多态能源供需自洽系统日前优化调度策略 被引量:15

Optimal Day-ahead Dispatching Strategy for Polymorphic Energy Self-consistent System with Supply and Demand for Offshore Island

摘要 在当前大力发展新能源的背景下,风光等新能源发电的装机总量不断提高,然而,由于电网调节能力有限等诸多原因,弃风弃光的现象较为严重,造成了极大的能源浪费;与此同时,人们对于除电能以外的其他各类能源的需求也日益增长,给各类能源的负荷供给带来了不小压力。通过多种能源的耦合和存储,能有效促进风光等新能源的消纳,同时,补充各类能源供给,减缓各能源供应压力。该文基于近海海岛微网场景下,首先提出了六能源形态近海海岛能源供需自洽系统模型,运用能源集线器的概念,将此模型进一步分为供给侧、转换侧、负荷侧进行数学分析与建模。然后以最小化日前24h从外部购买能源总成本为目标函数,综合考虑各部分约束条件,建立了日前优化调度模型。最后通过仿真验证,并与减少耦合、仅储电情况下进行对比,验证了多态能源耦合和多态储能介质应用的必要性;同时分析了各能源相对价格对能源耦合的影响。从而证明了该系统在有效提高风光消纳的同时,可以使系统购买能源的总成本降低。 In background of rapidly developing renewable energy,the installed capacity of renewable energy such as wind and solar continue to increase.However,due to the limited adjustment ability of power grid and many other reasons,the phenomenon of abandoning wind power and photovoltaic become serious,which leads to a great waste of energy.Meantime,people’s demand for other kinds of energy other than electricity is growing.It brings a lot of pressure to the supply to all kinds of energies.By coupling and storage of multiple energies,the local consumption of wind power and photovoltaic can be promoted.At the same time,the supply of all kinds of energies raise and the pressure is released.Based on the scene of offshore island micro grid,this paper proposed the model of six-energy offshore island self-consistent system with supply and demand and divided it into supplement side,conversion side,and load side based on the conception of energy hub.Then,the day-ahead optimization scheduling model was established by considering the total cost of purchasing energy from the external network in a whole day as the objective function and the constraint conditions of each part.At last,comparing with coupling reduced and electric storage alone case in the simulation,the necessity of polymorphic energy coupling and storage medium are validated;meantime,the impact of the price of each kind of energy on energy coupling is analyzed.And it is proved that this proposed model can increase the consumption of renewable energy and decrease the total cost of purchasing energies.
