摘要 锂离子电池自1991年商业化至今已走过近30年的历程,近年来,随着车载动力电池、电动自行车及储能电池的规模化应用,电池体系及电池材料取得了长足的进步和快速的发展。进入2021年,补贴政策的进一步退坡及市场对安全性的关注,导致产业链降本及产品标准化以提高品类和质量控制的需求日益迫切。本文从锂离子电池粉末材料、标准化基本原理、标准制修订程序及原则,锂离子电池用粉末材料的标准体系及重点粉末材料标准化进展、常用规范性引用文件等方面进行介绍,并展望锂离子电池用粉末材料的标准化趋势。 Lithium-ion batteries have been commercialized for nearly 30 years since 1991.In recent years,with the large-scale application of on-board power batteries,electric bicycles and energy storage batteries,battery systems and battery materials have developed rapidly,making great progress.In 2021,the further decline of subsidy policies and increasing consumer concern for safety,there is increasingly urgent demand for industrial chain cost reduction and product standardization to improve category and quality control.This paper explored the standardization of powder materials for lithium-ion batteries,the basic principles of standardization,the procedures and principles of standard preparation and revision,the standard system of powder materials for lithium-ion batteries,and the standardization progress of key powder materials.
