摘要
国内第二代高温超导带材产业化萌芽于2015年,发展势头强劲,目前已经能够满足绝大部分国内大型示范应用项目的材料需求。尽管与国际一流水平相比带材性能尚有差距,但已经开始凭借超强的性价比参与国际竞争。本文以第二代高温超导长带的临界电流(Ic)及其均匀性测试方法(四引线法和感应法)标准化、力学性能测试方法(轴向拉伸应力—应变曲线和横向拉伸强度)标准化为例,介绍全国超导标准化技术委员会近年来在这一领域的标准制修订工作,及其对第二代高温超导带材新兴产业发展的助推作用。
The domestic industrialization of the second-generation high-temperature superconducting tapes started in 2015,and has a strong momentum of development.At present,it has been able to meet the material needs of most of the largescale demonstration and application projects in China.Although there is still a gap in the performance of the tapes compared with the international first-class level,domestic products with superior cost performance have begun to participate in the international competition.Taking standardizations of critical current(Ic)and its uniformity test methods(four-probe method and induction method),and mechanical property test methods(axial tensile stress-strain test and delamination strength)of second-generation high temperature superconducting tapes as examples,this paper introduces recent work of the National Technical Committee on Superconductivity of Standardization Administration of China in this field,as well as its role in boosting the development of the emerging industry of the second-generation high-temperature superconducting tapes.
