摘要
本文介绍了科技成果转化为标准的相关国家政策,阐述了科技成果转化为标准的必要性,剖析了冶金设备行业转化过程中存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出了发展建议。
This paper described the relevant national policies and necessity for transforming scientific and technological achievements into standards.The existing problems in the transformation of metallurgical field were analyzed.Moreover,suggestions for improvement are proposed.
