我国户外复合绝缘子用环氧树脂基复合材料的应用现状及问题讨论 被引量:6

摘要 环氧树脂因其良好的综合性能和可设计性广泛应用于高压户外复合绝缘子。随着我国复合绝缘子使用数量、运行年限的增长,以及性能要求不断提升,复合绝缘子用环氧树脂基材料在制造工艺、运行性能及退役回收方面存在的一些问题逐渐突显。本文通过总结国内近年来的研究成果,对我国户外复合绝缘子用环氧树脂材料的应用情况、研究现状及存在的问题进行了综述,并对未来研究方向进行了探讨。论文结果表明:未来需要进一步提升芯棒耐腐蚀性能、提出切实可行的大直径芯棒检测及评价方法、拓展憎水性环氧树脂基材料应用场景、研发户外复合绝缘子用高性能环保型环氧树脂。 Epoxy resin is widely used in high voltage outdoor composite insulators because of its good comprehensive performance and designability.With the growth of service quantity,operation life and increasing performance requirements of composite insulators,problems in manufacturing process,operation performance and retirement recovery of epoxy resin for composite insulators have gradually occurred.By summarizing the research results in recent years,this paper analyzes the application,research status and existing problems of epoxy resin materials for outdoor composite insulators in China,and discusses the future research direction.The results show that power industrial scientists and engineers need to enhance corrosion resistance of epoxy resin rods,propose feasible detection and evaluation method for large-diameter epoxy resin rods,expand the application scenarios of hydrophobic epoxy-based materials,and develop environment friendly and highperformance epoxy resin for outdoor composite insulators in the future.
