标准化护理在老年性脑梗死护理中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Standardized Nursing on Senile Cerebral Infarction

目的:为了探究标准化护理在老年性脑梗死护理中的应用效果。方法:选取蚌埠医学院第一附属医院2019年5月至2020年5月神经内科收治脑梗死患者100例作为本文研究对象,根据数字奇偶分为两个组,对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用标准化护理,分别对两组患者的语言功能、肢体功能、日常活动能力与满意度进行对比。结果:与对照组相比,研究组的各项功能评分相对更高,且患者满意度为96.00%,远远超过对照组的82.00%,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:在老年性脑梗死护理中,标准化护理效果相对更佳,有助于老年患者语言、肢体、日常活动等能力恢复与提升,提高生活品质,获得更多患者的认可与满意,值得临床大力推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of standardized nursing on senile cerebral infarction.Methods:One hundred patients with cerebral infarction in the Department of Neurology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the number parity.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given standardized nursing.The language function,limb function,daily activity ability and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the functional scores of the study group were relatively higher,and the patient satisfaction was 96.00%,far more than 82.00%of the control group,indicating the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:The effect of standardized nursing on senile cerebral infarction is relatively better,which is conducive to the recovery and improvement of language,limbs,daily activities,quality of life,recognition and satisfaction of elderly patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
