纳米银湿敷联合生长因子及中药标准化治疗糖尿病足感染的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Nano Silver Wet Compress Combined with Growth Factor and Standardized Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Diabetic Foot Infection

目的:观察纳米银湿敷联合生长因子及中药治疗糖尿病足溃疡感染的临床效果。方法:将收治的58例糖尿病足溃疡感染患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组37例,对照组21例,比较两组伤口痊愈时间、换药频次、换药治疗金额等指标。结果:观察组伤口痊愈时间(18.53士4.93天)小于对照组(27.42±5.50天),P<0.05;对照组伤口换药频次高于观察组,有统计学意义(P<0.01);对照组治疗费用少于观察组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:纳米银湿敷联合生长因子及中药治疗糖尿病足溃疡感染,伤口愈合速度快,换药频次少,换药费用低,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of nano silver wet compress combined with growth factor and traditional Chinese medicine on diabetic foot ulcer infection.Methods A total of 58 patients with diabetic foot ulcer infection were randomly divided into an observation group(37 cases)and a control group(21 cases).The indexes of wound healing time,frequency of dressing change and treatment cost were compared between the two groups.Results The wound healing time of observation group(18.53 days,4.93 days)was shorter than that of control group(27.42±5.50 days),P<0.05.The frequency of dressing change was higher in the control group than in the observation group,with statistical significance(P<0.01).The treatment cost of the control group was less than that of the observation group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Nano silver wet compress combined with growth factor and traditional Chinese medicine have shorter wound healing time,less frequency of dressing change,low treatment cost in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer infection,and it is worthy of clinical application.
