标准化作业流程(SOP)在2型糖尿病患者牙种植围手术期护理中的应用效果分析

Application of Standardized Operation Procedure(SOP) in Perioperative Nursing Care of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Patients

目的:探讨分析对接受牙种植治疗的2型糖尿病患者按照标准化作业流程开展围术期护理工作的效果。方法:本次研究对象均为2018年5月到2019年11月期间在我院接受牙种植治疗的2型糖尿病患者共60例,按照随机数字表法对患者分组,设定其中30例为观察组并按照标准化作业流程开展围术期护理工作,其余30例患者作为对照组实施常规围术期护理,观察对两组的护理情况。结果:比较两组的种植牙成功率,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:根据本次研究的结果可以确认,对接受牙种植治疗的2型糖尿病患者按照标准化作业流程开展围术期护理工作有着极其显著的作用,可以大幅提高对患者的种植牙成功率,值得在临床上大力推广。

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of perioperative nursing in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus receiving dental implant treatment according to the standardized operation process.Method Sixty patients with type 2 diabetes who received dental implant treatment in our hospital from May 2018 to November 2019 were included in this study.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into an observation group and a control group,30 cases in each group.The perioperative nursing was carried out according to the standardized operation process in the observation group.The control group was given routine perioperative nursing.The nursing situation of the two groups was observed.Results The success rate of dental implant in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion According to the results of this study,it can be confirmed that carrying out perioperative nursing according to the standardized operation process is important for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus receiving dental implant treatment,which can greatly improve the success rate of dental implant,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
