佛山市专利转化标准现状研究及建议

Research and Suggestion on the Current Situation of Patent Transformation Standard in Foshan

标准决定质量,专利是专利转化标准的前提,专利质量越高,越有利于开展专利转化标准工作。佛山市在专利转化标准的工作上取得了一定成绩,本文结合佛山市专利与标准的部分现状及相关痛点进行研究分析,并对其提出一些建议。

Standard determines quality,and patent is the premise of patent conversion standard.The higher the quality of patent,the better the conversion of patent into standard.Foshan has made some achievements in converting patent into standards.This paper analyzes the current situation of Foshan patents and standards and the related pain points,and puts forward some suggestions.
