As specified in the standard on food contact materials,producers in each link of the supply chain must effectively deliver declaration of compliance(Do C)of product.In view of technical problems facing the production enterprises in making Do C,this paper established a platform for Do C in food contact materials based on PHP and My SQL,which can help enterprises to quickly make a Do C meeting the requirements.
