土壤甲基汞和乙基汞的测定吹扫捕集/气相色谱-冷原子荧光光谱法 被引量:2

摘要 汞广泛存在于环境中,是生物非必须的有害元素,在环境中主要以元素汞、无机汞和有机汞的方式存在。有机汞的毒性远大于元素汞和无机汞,有机汞主要有甲基汞、乙基汞、二甲基汞、二乙基汞、丙基汞和苯基汞等。土壤中的甲基汞和乙基汞,用盐酸溶液提取,巯基棉吸附,氯化钠-盐酸溶液解析,四丙基硼化钠衍生,用吹扫捕集/气相色谱-冷原子荧光光谱仪进行测定。甲基汞和乙基汞的方法检出限为0.04μg/kg,测定下限为0.16μg/kg。 Mercury widely exists in the environment,which is an unnecessary harmful element for organisms.It mainly exists in the form of elemental mercury,inorganic mercury and organic mercury.Organic mercury is more toxic than the former two.Organic mercury mainly includes methyl mercury,ethyl mercury,dimethyl mercury,diethyl mercury,propyl mercury and phenyl mercury.Methyl mercury and ethyl mercury in soil were extracted by hydrochloric acid solution,absorbed by sulfhydryl cotton,eluted by sodium chloride-hydrochloric acid solution,derived by sodium tetrapropyl borate solution and then determined by purge and trap/gas chromatography cold atomic fluorescence spectrometer.The detection limit of methyl mercury and ethyl mercury by this method is 0.04μg/kg,and the minimum quantitative detection limit is 0.16μg/kg.
