企业信用风险监测指标体系的研究

随着商事制度改革的不断深入,特别是"先照后证"改革举措实施以来,市场准入门槛降低,登记手续简化,市场主体数量快速增长。伴随着市场活力的迸发,市场监管的复杂性更突出,市场监管压力大大增加。本文通过调研分析当前国内企业信用风险分类研究和工作现状,搭建了企业信用风险监测指标体系,将企业相关监管信息和信用信息进行充分整合、挖掘和分析,选取试点企业数据对企业信用风险进行试点测算,为实现监管风险的发现、分类、管控,为构建完善的事中事后监管体系,降低监管风险提供技术支撑。

With the implementation of the commercial system reform,especially since the"license before certificate"reform,the market access threshold has been lowered with the simplified registration procedures and the rapidly increasing number of market subjects.With the burst of market vitality,the complexity of market supervision is more prominent,and the pressure of market supervision is greatly increased.Through the investigation and analysis of the research on and work status of the current domestic enterprise credit risk classification,this paper establishes the enterprise credit risk monitoring index system,fully integrates,excavates and analyzes the enterprise related regulatory information and credit information,evaluates the enterprise credit risk level,and selects the pilot enterprise data to carry out the pilot measurement of enterprise credit risk,in order to provide technical support for the identification,classification,management and control of regulatory risk,and building a perfect credit risk management system during and after the event,and reducing the supervision risk.
