摘要
本文全面解析了YS/T 1262-2018《海绵钛、钛及钛合金化学分析方法多元素含量的测定电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法》在实际检测中的应用,详细讨论了标准中"范围、试剂及材料、仪器、试样、分析步骤、测定、分析结果的计算"等章节中对应的条款。指出试液的制备、工作曲线溶液的制备、工作曲线的绘制章节中的部分表述不严谨,分析结果的计算章节中关于"测定结果不小于0.10%时,保留至两位有效数字"的规定不满足产品标准中对检测结果有效位数的要求,均需进一步修订完善。
This paper analyzes the application of YS/T 1262-2018,Method for chemical analysis sponge titanium,titanium and titanium alloys-determination of multielement content-inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy in testing comprehensively,and discusses the corresponding clauses in the sections of range,reagent and material,instrument,sample,analytical procedure,determination and calculation of analytical results in detail.It is pointed out that some expressions in the test solution preparation,the working curve solution preparation and the working curve drawing section are not strict,in the section of the analysis results calculation,the regulation of"when the test result is no less than 0.10%,the test result is reserved to two significant digits"cannot meet the requirement of the product standard for the significant digits of the test result,which need to be further revised and perfected.
